Your skin, hair and nails all are made up of proteins. This means that keratin, collagen and elastin are all made of protein. So if you want to have glossy hair, beautiful skin and strong nails then it is necessary for you to make sure that your diet comprises of a rich content of protein. At times when you want to lose weight you cut down on your consumption of meats, which does make you thinner but your hair, skin and nails which you want to out shine suffer and they start to lose their beauty. So eat a lot of meats.

Step 2:

There are fats such as Omega 3 and Omega 6 which are very important for your body especially for the betterment of your skin, hair and nails, so you need foods which are rich in these fats. These fats are found in sea foods and not in the greasy foods such as pies and pastries.

Step 3:

Iron is very essential in your diet. Pale looking skin, lifeless hair and weak nails are all signs of iron deficiencies. You can improve them by eating meats and if not meats then maybe legumes.

Step 4:

Eating plenty of nuts is also a step towards getting better looking skin and hair. These are rich in vitamin E, B and the necessary fats. So eating nuts can help you with getting better skin, nails and hair.
